Founded in December 2021, Anaaz Hospitality has quickly become a trusted name in the food and beverage industry. Our journey began with the launch of our flagship project, OYA! Café, located at the prestigious Acharya Institutes in Bengaluru.

OYA!! by Anaaz was founded by Mr. William Aranah, a seasoned restaurant professional with over 40 years of experience in Qatar, the UAE, Canada, and India. Together with his sons, Wallace and Warren, Mr. William leveraged his extensive knowledge of international food and beverage operations to create this innovative, container-based dining concept.

The development of OYA!! was further enhanced by Asok Ram, a restaurant supply chain expert with over 30 years of global experience. His strategic insights and operational expertise were instrumental in launching the OYA!! brand under Anaaz Hospitality Trading India Pvt Ltd.
